Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MiniMax H3 (minimax-h3.app), including the website, account features, credit information, creation history, and any AI video tools or related features that may become available. By using MiniMax H3, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use MiniMax H3. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account when we reasonably believe it is being used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, payment misuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Our Service

MiniMax H3 is an independent website and product experience for exploring and, when enabled, creating AI-assisted video content. The service may include text-to-video, image-to-video, first-and-last-frame workflows, reference-based creation, audio-aware generation, account management, credit balances, creation history, downloads, and related tools. Features, models, output limits, pricing, and availability may change as the service develops.

MiniMax H3 is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MiniMax, Hailuo, or any other third-party model provider unless expressly stated. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

User Content

User Content includes prompts, images, videos, audio, faces, likenesses, settings, feedback, support messages, and other materials you submit to MiniMax H3. You retain the rights you already have in your User Content. You grant MiniMax H3 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and use User Content only as needed to provide requested features, maintain account utilities, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, protect the service, and comply with applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority needed to submit your User Content, including permission for any people, voices, likenesses, brands, copyrighted works, or private materials included in it.

Generated Outputs

Generated Outputs may include videos, previews, files, metadata, or other materials returned in response to your User Content. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for your intended use. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, original, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing Generated Outputs before publishing, sharing, selling, advertising, or using them in client, commercial, editorial, or other public work. You are also responsible for checking the laws, licenses, permissions, and platform rules that apply to your intended use.

Prohibited Content and Use of AI Generation Features

You may not use MiniMax H3 or any AI generation feature to create, upload, request, generate, distribute, promote, or otherwise facilitate content that includes or involves any of the following:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, nude, or sexually suggestive content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Deepfake content or other synthetic media that impersonates, misrepresents, or depicts a real, identifiable person without that person's express authorization.
• Face swaps or attempts to replace, alter, or manipulate a person's face in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
• Voice cloning, voice imitation, or attempts to replicate, impersonate, or misuse another person's voice without authorization.
• Unauthorized impersonation of a real person, celebrity, public figure, private individual, brand, company, or organization.
• Content that infringes or may infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, intellectual property, or other personal rights.
• Content that is harassing, abusive, hateful, violent, exploitative, illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

We may block, reject, remove, suspend, or terminate any content, request, or account that violates these rules or misuses our AI generation features.

You may not use faces, photographs, voices, likenesses, characters, logos, protected artwork, private materials, or other third-party content unless you have all required rights, permissions, and consents. You may not interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, or use automated means to abuse the platform.

We may block, reject, remove, restrict, or disable any content, request, or generation that violates these rules. We may suspend or terminate an account that attempts to generate prohibited content or otherwise misuses our AI generation features, and may take any other action we reasonably consider necessary to protect users, the service, and our legal rights.

Credits, Billing, and Payments

Some features may require credits. Credits are digital units used for AI video generation and related operations. If credit packages or purchases are enabled, the applicable price, credit amount, usage rules, and any expiration or refund terms will be shown in the product interface or an applicable policy before purchase.

Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or currency, and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it. We may change prices, packages, free-credit amounts, and generation costs prospectively. Third-party payment processors may handle payment details. MiniMax H3 may retain order records, transaction references, credit balances, and usage information needed to deliver features, prevent fraud, and resolve billing issues.

Third-Party Services

MiniMax H3 may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, security, email, customer support, and AI generation infrastructure. Third-party systems may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

MiniMax H3 and its software, design, branding, logos, website content, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by MiniMax H3 or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform, code, infrastructure, interface, brand, domain, trademarks, documentation, templates, or proprietary materials.

Service Availability

We try to keep MiniMax H3 available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. The service may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or limited because of maintenance, updates, traffic, abuse prevention, security issues, payment issues, provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMax H3 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMax H3 and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, technology, or legal requirements. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of MiniMax H3 after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
