Reference video duration uses the same per-second rate as your output. The first five reference images are included; each additional image costs 2 credits.
Each reference image costs 3 credits at 1024×1024 or 2048×2048. Reference video costs 2 credits per second at 480p or 5 at 768p.
Image to Video start and end frames have no separate image charge. Turbo supports text and image workflows, but not Reference to Video.

No. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Buy another pack only when you need more credits.
Starter is a small first purchase for trying ideas. Creator gives you more room to compare variations. Studio has the lowest cost per credit among these packs. All three use the same credit system; the difference is how many credits you buy and their unit price.
No. Purchased credits never expire, so you can use them across several projects or return when you have a new idea.
Yes. One credit balance works across supported H3, H3 Max, and H3 Max Turbo workflows. The selected model, resolution, duration, and reference inputs determine the total cost.
The pack examples use five-second H3 Standard videos at 2K, which cost 25 credits each before reference charges. At 768p, a five-second H3 Standard video costs 15 output credits. Longer clips and reference inputs can use more credits. Check the live estimate for your shot.
Credits deducted for failed or rejected generations are automatically returned to your account balance. This returns generation credits; it does not refund the original purchase payment. Contact support with the task ID if your balance appears incorrect.
Some do. Standard H3 charges for reference video duration and image references beyond the first five. H3 Max charges for reference images and video duration. Image to Video start and end frames have no separate image charge. The generator shows the total before you submit.
Purchase refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy. An unused purchase may be eligible within seven days; used or partially used packs are generally not refundable. This is separate from the automatic return of credits for failed or rejected generations.
